Our Owners Ryan & Keeli Hairston created Aperitivo Cafe and Gelato as an antidote to the rush. Inspired by time with his three daughters, Ryan's passion is simple: to give every guest a beautiful space to pause, connect, and enjoy simple moments with their own family and friends.
Our Story
At Aperitivo, our owner and visionary, Ryan Hairston, set out to create more than a café - he imagined a place where time slows, where families and friends gather, and where conversation unfolds naturally around a shared table. Inspired by the Italian idea of aperitivo - to open up - we invite you to pause and savor the simple, beautiful moments often missed in the rush of everyday life.
